Regardless of the Tom Green County burn ban status, the open burning of construction materials, brush, rubbish, etc. is never permitted inside the city limits. Citations may be issued for illegal burning.

The Texas Ethics Commission has the oversight to determine whether information provided is complete and accurate. All questions should be directed to the candidate, their campaign treasurer or the Texas Ethics Commission.
