
Information, Handouts & Forms
All applications, including those submitted via an online form, must be signed and dated before they can be processed. To sign an application, visit the Planning Division in the Community Development Building, 52 W. College Ave., adjacent to City Hall. Offices are open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applications typically have an associated fee, payable in-person or over the phone. View the fee schedule document. To submit an application digitally, complete the form and e-mail it to applications@cosatx.us along with any required materials. Applications may not be considered complete until paid and all required materials have been submitted.
Many applications will require a public hearing. You can find a handout on what to expect from your hearing and a list of board dates and application deadlines on each board's respective page.
Documents may be provided in alternative formats upon request. Please contact Planning & Development Services at 325-657-4210 or applications@cosatx.us to request a document in an alternative format.
