The Howard Street project continues construction next week with utility and roadway work.
1) Road closure
Where: Howard Street from Junius Street to Woodlawn Drive.
When: Monday, Nov. 20, to Monday, Nov. 27. Road will reopen to traffic temporarily 6 p.m. Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving) and close again Monday.
*The completion date for the project is set for spring 2024. Road will reopen to traffic during weekends and close again Monday morning at a new block. Future block closures will be announced when available.
2) Road closure
Where: Howard Street Glenna Drive to Wilson Street. No through traffic will be permitted on Field, Chapman and Wilson streets, nor any alleys in between.
When: Monday, Nov 20, to Monday, Dec. 4.
* Businesses within these road closures are open and access to them is being maintained.
