Regardless of the Tom Green County burn ban status, the open burning of construction materials, brush, rubbish, etc. is never permitted inside the city limits. Citations may be issued for illegal burning.

Road closures
Where: College Hills Boulevard and Sunset Drive. North and southbound lanes will be closed. East and westbound lanes (toward Southwest) will be reopened.
