Listen to stories about the children of Fort Concho and the western frontier while sitting around a campfire and enjoying smores with the fort’s “Campfire Story Night.” There will be two evenings of story night each held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13, and Wednesday, March 19, at the fort’s courtyard between barracks 5 and 6. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and comfortable clothing. This event is free to all ages.
