Regardless of the Tom Green County burn ban status, the open burning of construction materials, brush, rubbish, etc. is never permitted inside the city limits. Citations may be issued for illegal burning.
The COSADC is a non-profit economic development corporation formed under the Texas Development Corporation Act of 1979 and governed by a seven-member board of directors.
