*Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity of the City of San Angelo, should contact Angela Bloss at 325-650-1814 or fill out this online form as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

"Check the Chip" pet microchip event

San Angelo Animal Services invites pet owners to double-check that their microchips will reunite pets with their families. Bring your pet by 3142 US Hwy 67 N to confirm the registration information for your pet's microchip Wednesday, Feb. 28, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. 

Staff will scan your pet, identify whether it is chipped, note the chip number and manufacturer, and look up your contact info in the universal database. If any updates are needed, we'll guide you through that process.

If your pet isn’t already microchipped, visit cosatx.us/microchip then head to San Angelo Animal Services with your pet and $13. We'll register your pet's chip immediately with the manufacturer, making sure all of your contact information is included.
